From my knowledge every pregnancy test i`ve seen has a statement which goes something like if a second line appears even if it is very faint it means you are pregnant. it is advisable though that you should take two or more home test and compare results,if they all show the same results then my dear they is a very high chance you are pregnant and most importantly confirm with a doctor as to whether you pregnant or not. Any advice loosing weight fast?

im 13, when i was 11 i dislocated me knee a couple moths later after i was told it was heeled it happened again an ddt just kept happening again finally got surgeryey when i was 12 the surgeryey was soposese to be Graniteie but of corse it happens again now almost 2 years later from being on cruches and in wheelchairs sitting around not doing nothing i gained a ton of weight right now i am 5'7 and 222lbs ;[ when i was 11 i was 5'2 and 130lbs i was never stick skinny but now i feel horrible its almost 100lbs more then i was, thats 50 pounds a year ;[ please i need some real advice..my family cant afford for personal trainers on mebership to the gym but i can do things at home like riding my bike wich has been what i been doing also my knee is still no heeled i may need surgrey again but my doctor did tell me if i loose weight it would take stress of my knee and could help it heel so once again please help i really need to loose this weight.

in a nutshell....adult criminal records are public and juvenile criminal (or 'adjudication') records are private. this results in denial of employment for adults with criminal backgrounds yet not juveniles who later become adults and apply for employment. That's not the issue tho. The issue is whether or not a constitutional claim could be successfully litigated challenging a state's decision to make juvenile criminal records exempt under the public records act when the same state allows the public access to juvenile sex offenders records(they have to report and notifications go out just like adults). If a state wants to keep juvenile criminal records sealed which basically means they can later apply for employment without having to worry about a background check exposing what they did as a juvenile for whatever reason they 'claim' then great, but how do they justify making an exception regarding juvenile sex offenders? If they are going to make exceptions then obviously the original reason behind sealing juvenile records is now shattered by their statute requiring juvenile sex offenders to report just like adult offenders. shouldn't the state now be required to make public all juvenile serious offenders' records? If not, wouldn't this constitute an equal protection violation because adult offender records are public and the state's position regarding the original intent behind sealing juvenile records via the enactment of a statute requiring juvenile serious sex offenders to report just like adult offenders won't hold up now? I think this would be a good case to entertain in federal court.......at the very least perhaps the judicial circuit I'm in may order some type of study to be conducted (I participated in a study created by a federal judicial circuit regarding the grievance policy of a state (all the states within that circuit) which they were going to attempt to adopt for that circuit in relation to the federal law requiring prisoners to first utilize the prison grievance procedure before filing civil actions) but your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Please help! Insects around bedroom, what are they?

So last night I was in bed and I noticed a tiny insect crossing my laptop screen, I killed it and thought nothing of it. Then another crossed a while later. Then I notice one or two walking across my bed sheets. Now, initially I thought they were bed bugs, but they don't really look like bed bugs. These bugs are tiny, like a speck of dust and are a dark grey/black with a lighter spot on the centre of the body. I have also had itchy hive like bites on my body, but these possibly could be hives. So today I hoovered my whole room, all around my bed, my mattress etc. Then I washed all my bed sheets and my curtains, as there was a good few on them. Later on I then noticed a number of the bugs around my window and window sill. Does anyone have any idea what these bugs might be? Thank you!

Planning ahead... What to do when I go for University?

It's totally possible to keep a horse and go to college. I'm almost done and have managed to have 1-2 horses the entire 4 years. Definitely not easy as have to work to have money for the horses and find time to ride, go to class, study etc. But I do it and manage to get mostly A's too! I did say goodbye to a social life :) but for me totally worth it as I'm not a party girl anyway. I have learned to be very smart with money to make it all work. Then they should know that people in this category simply do not have the means of handing over large sums of money to rent a place to live. If they did, they would not be eligible for section 8.I think it's very wrong of some landlords to turn possibly good tenants away simply because they do not have 2000.00 and up to hold an apartment while it goes thru inspection process of the housing agency. Totally start out with highlights and try a caramel or a sandy blonde. Its not too "POP" but its a subtle attractive look. And I know a friend of mine that had dark brown...she put deep red low lights in her hair and it looked great. Is my emerging wisdom tooth likely to be what's causing my strange sinus issues at the moment?

For a little while I've been noticing my left upper wisdom tooth coming through. It hasn't caused me any major pain other than some sensitivity and minor discomfort until lately. For the past two days I've been spitting up phlegm in the morning that's specked with blood (I know that it isn't coming from my chest because I'm not coughing it up and I can feel it when sucking it down from my nose, as gross as that sounds). My nose isn't bleeding though, the mucus is clear when I blow my nose, it's just when I spit it out. At first I thought I had a cold, but I have no cold symptoms other than a slightly sore neck, my ears have been bugging me, and I've been having mild headaches in the region of my temples as well as my nose running on and off. I know that some of those symptoms are associated with wisdom teeth coming in, so I'm just wondering if the blood streaked phlegm could be due to a sinus infection or could possibly have something to do with my wisdom tooth affecting my sinuses?

My puppy bit me. Should I worry?

I was playing with my puppy, moving her stuffed toy around as she would try to bite and grab hold of it. She accidentally bit my wrist, and she left a raised scratch(no skin came off) and a tiny sand-sized speck that was dark pink. A little dot of blood came out when I squeezed it. I'm a female high school student. I suffer from Major depression and anxiety problems. I don't and never had any friends. All of my teacher treat me nice when it comes to female ones. I had a total of 5 different male teachers, and two treat me like ****!. One was my Economics teacher and the other one of of my PE teacher Individual sports. I am going to be a sophomore this coming year at a private school in the suburbs. This past year, as a freshman, I took the the three honors courses that are offered for freshmen (physics, geometry, and spanish) as well as history and english. My final grades were a B+ in history, B in geometry and physics, and A- in spanish and english. I participated in two theatre productions at school (during the winter and spring) and contributed to three clubs. Next year I will be in all honors, except for history. If I move up to AP history in the middle of next year or do all honors my junior year, what will my chances of getting into an ivy league or the equivalent, or even Oxford or Cambridge be like? I haven't taken the SATs or PSATs or anything like that yet but I will next year. Please keep in mind that I will have 60 hours or more of community service by the end of my senior year and most probably three activity credits for each of my sophomore, junior, and senior years. Learning German, then going to school there?

My Oma lives in Mainz, Germany, and when I graduate from high school in December I'm going to live with her for four months to improve my German, then I'm coming back to the states. I'm either going to go to school here in the states, or I am going to spend a year in Germany living in Mainz and taking classes at the Goethe Institute preparing me to pass the DaF so that I can attend school at one of the universities. My goal is to be able to obtain a work visa after school and stay in Germany if it works out. My question is, do you think it's possible that I can reach enough fluency in German to attend a university there? I've taken 4.5 years of high school German, my dad is a fluent German speaker and is currently only speaking to me auf Deutsch. I would love to be in Germany for school; this is only a dilemma because if I choose to spend that year in Germany to learn the language, if I haven't reached enough fluency and decide I can't attend a university there I might not be able to start school in the states until I'm 21. I don't know what that would mean for ACT scores and etc, but basically I'm choosing one or the other. Yes I've thought about studying abroad. The schools that I'm applying to in the states for my major do not offer good study abroad programs, the longest period of time I can participate is up to a year. So. It's one or the other for me, I don't want to ruin my education to switch countries, but this is an opportunity that is more available to me than other people and I'm not sure about due to the circumstances. Any information from personal experience, or any suggestions? Also, my Oma is getting old and I don't have a lot of family in Germany still, so because of that and if I'm paying American college tuition, I won't be able to visit often anymore. I have a indoor cat who has recently went outside in my backyard about two times. I noticed black/brown speck on her head. I moved her fur and i saw a flea but it moved and went somewhere else in her fur where i couldn't find it. Now, i see brown and black specks on her body especially her head. Are these flea eggs? I am a a teen girl. On friday my stomach began to hurt. I was taking prednisone prescribed to me and it was listed as a side effect. I ignored it and ate normally as I would. I then had sushi from a place i had never had it from. My stomach then continued to hurt and I developed diarrhea. I couldn't sleep friday night. All of saturday I had frequent visits to the bathroom and sat on the couch all day. On sunday the same happened but the stool became more watery and appeared mucusy. At a point I saw specks of blood! Right now i go into the bathroom and nothing come out except for the gross watery mucus. :O Im freaking out should i tell my mom? If so how? Are these normal symptoms of diarrhea? Sounds like what happened to me. I had unprotected sex with my bf oct. 30th. I was supposed to have my period nov. 15th. I took a test nov. 27th and i found out i was pregnant. I find it easier to use the test that says pregnant or not as opposed to the line ones but i heard even a faint line means pregnant. Those are normal symptoms of pregnancy. The spotting is implantation bleeding. Make a doctors appointment so they can test if you are and tell you how far along you are then make a prenatal appointment so you can be checked out and get a start on your pregnancy. Late in April I participated in Oral sex. A week or so later my tonsils were inflamed and I was getting a lot of phlegm. Usually i do participate in fasting every ramadan but now im 15 and ive been weak and skinny i mean very very weak and skinny and tall my whole life and the rest of my family brother dad mom and sister are all big and strong and have some extra fat like a healthy person and after last ramadan was over i got even skinnier and weaker so when last ramadan finished (september 2010) ive been eating twice as much and larger meals and lean meats and protiens and vitamin rich foods to help gain some weight and muscle and fat. And i wouldnt want to undo all that hard work (ive gained a little weight but i am still very very skinny and weak) i dont want to stop the progress im trying to make in gaining fat and weight by participating in the fast during ramadan coming up so would it be okay for me to not fast and continue eating the way i have all day and everyday during ramadan. Or would it be against the way of the tradition and religion and a bad deed to do. and would it be rude to my parents brother and sister? To eat while they are starving themselves? Can i skip fasting this year to continue my goal? Or should i not worry about it during ramadan and fast like everyone else? Thank you !

Question about hominy/grits?

I had brunch at a little cafe with my sister and her husband last week and my meal came with what they called grits. The grits I'm used to (I was born and raised in Alabama) are tiny little specks cooked in water or milk, but these grits were much larger grains. Hard speck on my gum?

I recently noticed that there is a hard little speck thing on my bottom gum slightly under/between my two middle bottom teeth. Neither I nor anyone else can see it, yet i can feel it with my finger and tongue. It doesn't hurt at all, yet it's odd . Why are Christians often really judgemental?

My laptop screen hasn't been turning on most of the times during the past few days. I would turn it with the power button and everything would come on except the screen. It's not a backlight problem because not a single speck of light comes through. Today I received an e-mail to my yahoo mail through my phone. It was from my @yahoo sent to my phones e-mail, along with everyone else in my @yahoo account contacts. The e-mail only said "Aloha" and then a link to some website but I deleted it ASAP. My laptop is still having the problem (the screen is still not turning on). Anyone know how to solve this?

Okay, I honestly feel like I am going to go insane. I have obsessive-compulsive disorder. I was diagnosed with this disorder when I was 16. My main struggle is with order and cleanliness. I need everything dust free and lined up perfectly. I recently moved into a new apartment and I was dusting like crazy, picking up nearly imaginary specks of dust off the floor. It gets RIDICULOUS to say the least. This is the issue: I WAS getting better, until I had cleaning day ( clean bathtub, toilet, etc...) Then I get SOOOO OBSESSIVE. It is almost as if I get better up UNTIL cleaning day then I go apesh**. Anyone know why this could be? Please tips. :[ I am literally going nuts.

I work at an Alternative School for court ruled, neglected, and troubled teens, and throughput July, I have to plan summer activities for them. Due to the fact that it's an Alternative School, it is fairly strict and therefore, physical contact is a violation for the kids here. Is the dot persistent no matter what;s showing on your screen? If so, the pixels in that area are not performing as expected. This is commonly known as "dead pixel". There is no fix for it other than having your full laptop monitor exchanged. It is quite expensive so if you can still bear that dot for a while, i suggest you start saving since it is an early sign that your monitor lcd is failing. Expect to see the size grow larger in the next following months though. (depending on usage that is,)

After that, about a year later, she told him again that he was still fat, and so all he ate for 3 months was cereal and green beans. Literally. Then my mom told her that he was starving himself, and she said that she didn't say anything on purpose. My brother lost about 40 lbs or more in 3 months, and after that he went emo. He's not emo anymore but he never participates in any family things. My grandma did this to my uncle, too when he was a kid. She really loves me though and pretty much spoiled me rotten as a kid, and still does a little bit. My grandpa gave me like 100 dollars when I was about 10.

Weird bugs in my rats fur?

so about 4 days ago i saw a little black speck at the base of one of my rats whiskers. i thought that it was just a small scab so i left it alone and it stayed the same size for about 3 days. and yesterday when i took her out it was 6 times its size. it was maybe a centimeter long and it was rectangular. it looked like it had a tiny wing but i could be mistaken and it was black. i took it off an she bled some but i got a Q-tip and and put some water on it to wash off the blood and she is acting fine now. does anybody know what it might be?

Oh no my cat has fleas I think..?

My cat has been scratching a lot and it's kinda weird. Like today me and my mom looked for them and all we saw was these specks that looked like pepper flakes. Hi, I'm a guy who isn't married yet or have a child. I was wondering if I should just raise my kids without giving them any toys or spoil them with anything in their younger years so they will be grateful for what they have. I will never yell at them, insult them or physically punish them. I will want to focus a lot on their education and become really smart(not by learning a lot of knowledge but by being creative). I will also let them exercise and play a lot of sports so they don't become full blown unfit nerds. I won't let them watch television too much. I will let them socialize but also make it clear that they have to stop participating in certain activities when I tell them to(or give them the initiative to) . Overall, I don't want them to make the same mistakes I made(being lazy), or even make the mistakes that most modern kids/teenagers make.
