If he likes her then why is he going out with you? From what I've learned in the past, you can't ever change a guy. If he is a natural flirt you're going to have to either be ok with his behaviour or let him go. Don't go dating him if you know he likes someone else and tells you about it and definitely don't date him if you can't help but be this jealous because you'll constantly feel this way if you two ever do get together. I've been there done that. I get jealous in these situations too and it's just because I want to be with a guy who pays attention to me not other girls. It's totally not worth the pain.
