I woke up to a black speck on my eye?

It is on the color part and it looked like a flake of mascara so I risned out my eye and it didn't budge so i tried to get it with a q-tip and it didn't move. Flushed with eye drops, blew on it, washed in shower, no results. I can tell its on the surface because you can see it lifted off the eye just a tad and I've been trying for hours to get if out. It hasn't cause pain or discomfort its just an annoyance. ANy tips please help! i'm trying to avoid the eye doctor lol
