***iPad 2 help now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!***?

I have a iPad 2 and speck smartshell (clear) but my case doesn't work with apple's camera connection kit. Is my case a mess up or are all Specks smartshells like this? Please help- best answer gets 10pts!!
