My puppy bit me. Should I worry?

I was playing with my puppy, moving her stuffed toy around as she would try to bite and grab hold of it. She accidentally bit my wrist, and she left a raised scratch(no skin came off) and a tiny sand-sized speck that was dark pink. A little dot of blood came out when I squeezed it. The speck is more like a bit of skin came off rather than a deep puncture. Should I worry, even though the speck is tiny? My puppy is an outdoorsy kind of girl, so who knows where her mouth has been.
