White specks on plants?

It's either spider mites or white flies. Just wash them off and keep your plant in good condition. Plants often get them when they haven't been watered enough, or washed off. You could also buy a systemic insecticide. You sprinkle it on the dirt and then water the plant. The plant will absorb it and the bugs will be gone.
