Diabetes and vision problems?

Ohk soo im not diagnosed with diabetes. but ive been havin all the symptoms of it .i made an app tmo to get blood tested to see.My symptoms are : peeing alot,vision problems:i see specks & flaoters in bright light. & skin rashes. im scared about the vision problems cos i heard you can go blind? im terrified. is it to late for me or can i get eye surgery n get it fixed. im soo scared im only 17. HELP. i need infoo.PLEASE. thanks.
