How do I get a CLOSE Shave? (I keep having tiny specks of hair after I shave...)?

Well let me offer my experiences. First I find little short hairs that I missed, it is indeed frustrating. But I recently change from that man's green soap to dove body wash and find my skin smoother and easier to shave. Hope that helps a little. I use regular shaving cream, but you might try shaving cream designated for sensitive skin.
